The smartfillment GmbH team consists of 7 permanent employees. We regularly have additional colleagues on temporary assignment in order to be able to quickly process order peaks.
We are flexible problem solvers and maintain a modern and employee-friendly working atmosphere in the company. In our opinion, quality services are created above all when a team functions as smoothly as possible.
As a result, our employees are highly motivated and kept up to date through regular training.
While I was still a student, I founded an e-commerce company with a colleague that focused on Amazon FBA. This allowed us to quickly achieve high sales. Conversely, we had to maintain inventory levels. This was a challenge we often couldn't overcome at the time, as we had to package different components into a finished end product and hiring staff wasn't an option for us. This gave rise to the idea for smartfillment GmbH, which is also intended to provide smaller Amazon sellers with significant support in their complete pre-FBA logistics challenges.
